Raging with...

...spring storms!!

The sky this afternoon when I drove home from work was just terrifying. I haven't seen anything that dark or blue for quite a while! You haven't seen anything until you've seen a true Kansas thunderstorm.

It dropped from 81 to 73 in less than 5 minutes!

Anyway, back to the matter at hand: pictures.

I'm now pretty darn late on getting photos from Mother's Day up, so while I edit and sort through those pictures, take a look at a normal Sunday for us.

After church, we usually head to a playground with lunch. This time around, we went to Grandma Suzie and Papa Don's park, although we couldn't get ahold of Suzie for her to meet us there. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our time:

Interesting side note: I love both my kids and can't imagine a world without them, but it's so hard to photograph both of them when I have to spend time chasing one of them!

So, that means you get a lot of Jack.

This was one HUGE slide. Seriously. I would be scared to climb up it!

We ended up stopping at Papa Don's pet store to pick up some new fish - two sharks named Brucey and Chalks. Despite a peaceful introduction, one of them is missing. Hmmm.

Anyway, after naptime we pulled out a few toys and played in the front yard.

Sometimes we'll also take a walk, which is pretty exciting too.

Check out our walker! WOOO!

Zoey loved getting in on the b-ball action too!

But what was Jack doing?

Oh well! She continued to play in his absence!

This is a tee-ball set that Grandma Kaki bought Jack a few weeks ago.

Needless to say, he loves it!

He loves hitting the ball and then throwing the ball over our fence. Why? Because that's how you hit a homerun!
